Mardi Meditations #10

A weekend for sound baths and close observations. Sunday morning, friends of Ilana invited us to join them for nature immersion as an extension of their Bahai Children’s Class. 

Dalias, Bald Cyprus knees, and enormous red-eared sliders topped my list of sensory anchors, presided over by a waning half moon and a blue heron.
